Trial End User License Agreement - Trial EULA

This trial end user license agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you (the licensee), or your company (or whatever you represent) and Andreu Balius / Typerepublic, and is applicable to the fonts (Font Software) you have downloaded from us.
This non-exclusive end user license grants you to use the Font Software for trial purposes only according to the terms of this agreement.

By downloading and installing Typerepublic Font Software, you agree on all the terms specified within this Trial End User License Agreement (EULA):

Definitions

Typerepublic is the Licensor, the trading brand of Andreu Balius.

You or End User or the Licensee are defined as and refer to a customer who has downloaded a trial license to use the Font Software.

Font Software is defined as the designs of the font(s) downloaded from this website and identified on your sales receipt or invoice, which when installed on the appropriate generates a particular font.

Trial Fonts License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in Typerepublic’s fonts. By downloading or using our Trial Fonts, you (End User) agree to the terms outlined in this license. Typerepublic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Trial Fonts under the following conditions:
 

1. Permitted Use
   The Trial Fonts are provided exclusively for testing and evaluation. They are intended to help assess their design and performance. Any commercial or non-testing use is strictly prohibited under this license.
    
2. Commercial Usage
   To use the Trial Fonts in any commercial project or context, you must purchase a proper license by contacting Typerepublic. The Trial Fonts may not be used in any final product or published work.
    
3. Ownership & Copyright
   The Trial Fonts are intellectual property of Typerepublic and are protected by copyright laws. The font software and all its copies remain the sole property of Typerepublic.
    
4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
   The Trial Fonts include a limited character set and are provided as-is, with no full warranty or guaranteed support. Typerepublic is not liable for any damages—including but not limited to production losses, operational downtime, increased material use, or indirect consequences arising from the use of the Trial Fonts.
    
5. Legal Terms
   All rights not expressly granted in this agreement are reserved by Typerepublic. If any provision of this license is found invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable. This agreement is governed by the laws of Spain.
